By registering for the Polymer Week 2023 event, the participant agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the event organizers.

PAYMENT

Payment is due two weeks after the time of registration, and participation is not guaranteed until payment is received. It is possible to pay with bank transfer in EUR or CZK currency, or with credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

CANCELLATION
 

Participants who cancel their registration before the end of:

 

June 30, 2023
registration fee will be refunded, less any applicable processing fees

August 31, 2023 

a half of their registration fee will be refunded

 

from September 2023
no refunds will be issued

 

EVENT CHANGES

The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, teachers, and activities as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disasters, or any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control that result in the cancellation of the event, we will refund the registration fee paid by participants. However, we cannot be held responsible for any other expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel and accommodation costs, and we will not be able to provide refunds for these expenses.

CONDUCTS

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the event without refund.

LIABILITY

The event organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained by participants during the event. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation.

MEDIA RELEASE

Participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and voice in event-related materials, including photographs, videos, and audio recordings.

PRIVACY

The event organizers will collect and use participants' personal information for event-related purposes only and will not share it with third parties without consent.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place.

AGREEMENT

By registering for the event, the participant acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
